You have a statutory right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days. In addition, we offer a 30-day period for exchanges or returns.

All VIP membership remain the property of Manière De Voir and can be withdrawn at any time.

VIPs shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the VIP codes are kept secure at all times.

VIP memberships are non-transferable and cannot be sold, loaned or given away to or used by a third party.

A VIP membership will automatically be deemed void and shall be revoked without compensation if sold, loaned or given away or if any attempt is made to sell, loan or give it away.

Any individual who has their VIP membership revoked shall be prevented from obtaining a replacement VIP membership in the future.

A VIP membership that is discovered to have been purchased through illegal methods (including, but not limited to, the use of fraudulent debit/credit cards) and/or through unauthorised third party channels, will be revoked without compensation.
